Reporting Bugs

If you have encountered a bug with your server please report the bug as a Github Issue. You can report a bug on our Github.

If you have any issues with your server when renting a server from a server provider, please contact your server provider for assistance. Alderon Games cannot assist you with server issues if you are renting a server.

All bug reports are publicly displayed. Please ensure you do not include any sensitive information or images in your bug report.

It is important you include the steps to reproduce the bug if applicable so we can investigate the bug on our machines and fix it. Adding screenshots and videos are extremely helpful as well. We will comment on the bug or contact you if we require more information. Reporting a bug does not guarantee it will get a fix or response, thank you for understanding.
